Description: The Irwin Academic Services Office is designed to provide multiple facets of support to all student athletes sponsored by the Division of Intercollegiate Athletics. Our mission is to provide resources in the form of academic support/enrichment, personal development, career development, and community service. We work every day to equip our student athletes with the skills to be successful in the classroom, on campus, and in competition. Student-athletes must adhere to different rules than other students to ensure they are able to compete and represent UI.

Learning Outcomes: Learn about the mission/function of the Irwin Academic Services Office •Explore the resources provided by Irwin •Discuss why we ask the questions we ask to on campus advisors to NCAA Eligibility Rules •Talk about the student-athlete expectations •Look at student-athlete academic accomplishments.
